26 Terms and conditions of appointment of members
(1) The Chair must be appointed on a full‑time basis. (2) The other members of the Commission may be appointed either on a full‑time or part‑time basis. (6) A member is appointed for the term, not longer than 5 years, that is specified in the instrument of appointment, and is eligible for re‑appointment. (7) A member’s appointment is subject to any terms and conditions set out in the instrument of appointment.
