18 Minister may publish Commission’s advice

(1) The Minister may publish advice given by the Commission under section 17 in any way he or she thinks fit. (2) If: (a) the Minister decides to publish the advice; and (b) the advice contains information whose publication would, in the Minister’s opinion, be contrary to the public interest; the Minister may publish the advice with deletions. (3) If the advice is published with deletions, the Minister must also publish the fact that the advice is published with deletions.
