Private Health Insurance (Risk Equalisation Administration) Rules 2025

I, Suzanne Smith, a delegate of the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority:

1. under subsection 333-25(1) of the Private Health Insurance Act 2007 (the Act), for the purposes of section 318-15 and subsection of the 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, REVOKE Private Health Insurance (Risk Equalisation Administration Rules) 2015 made on 26 June 2015; and

2. under subsection 333-25(1) of the Act, for the purposes of section 318-15, MAKE these Rules.

This instrument commences on 30 September 2025.
