sch.1-sec.30 Application of part
This part applies to a private employment agent— whose business includes seeking work for models or performers; or who is a manager of a model or performer. In this section— manager , of a model or performer, means a manager within the meaning of the Industrial Relations Act 2016 , section 399 .
