55 Auditing of food safety programs
A person to whom section 54 applies must ensure that the food safety program is audited at the frequency determined by the Chief Inspector.
Penalty: In the case of –
(a) a body corporate, a fine not exceeding 2 500 penalty units; or
(b) an individual, a fine not exceeding 500 penalty units.
