##### 28 Withdrawal of notices by Commission The Commission may, by notice in writing served on a person, withdraw a notice previously served by the Commission on the person under this Act (other than this section) and, where the Commission does so, this Act has effect, as from the time at which the first‑mentioned notice is served on the person, as if the other notice had not been served on the person.
