##### 27B Report on monitoring (1) The Commission must make copies of a report under paragraph 27A(1)(a) available for inspection by the public as soon as practicable after the Commission has given the report to the Minister. (2) In the case of a report under paragraph 27A(1)(b) relating to a person, the Commission must: (a) send the person a copy of the report on the day the Commission gives the report to the Minister; and (b) make copies of the report available for inspection by the public as soon as practicable after the person has received a copy of the report.
