8 Use of certain land at Flynns Beach, Tuppenny Road, Port Macquarie

(1) This clause applies to land at Flynns Beach, Tuppenny Road, Port Macquarie, being part of Lot 7052, DP 1121282 shown as “Item 8” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.

(2) Development for the purposes of a restaurant or cafe is permitted with development consent.
