3 Interpretation

(1)  In this order –

Act means the Poisons Act 1971 ;

Analytical Services Tasmania means that part of the department responsible for the administration of the Environmental Management and Pollution Control Act 1994 that is known as Analytical Services Tasmania;

Forensic Science Service Tasmania means that part of the department responsible for the administration of the Police Service Act 2003 that is known as Forensic Science Service Tasmania;

Tasmania Prison Service means that part of the department responsible for the administration of the Corrections Act 1997 that is known as the Tasmania Prison Service;

Tasmanian Herbarium means that part of the Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery that is responsible for the development, maintenance and management of the botanical collections of Tasmania.

(2)  The Acts Interpretation Act 1931 applies to the interpretation of this order as if this order were by-laws.
