#### 28 Obstruction of inspector 28 Obstruction of inspector > > (1) A person must not, without reasonable excuse, hinder or obstruct an inspector in the exercise of a function under this Division. > > > > Maximum penalty—100 penalty units in the case of an individual or 200 penalty units in the case of a corporation. > > > (2) A person is not guilty of an offence under this section unless it is established that, if requested to do so at the material time, the inspector produced for inspection the identification card issued to the inspector under this Part.
