sec.49 Where documents to be filed
An entry of appearance or notice of election may be filed— at the place the originating process to which the entry of appearance or notice of election relates was filed; or See also rule 7 . otherwise—at the place the P&E Court file for the P&E Court proceeding is kept. All other documents for a P&E Court proceeding must be filed at the place the P&E Court file for the proceeding is kept. (sec.49-ssec.1) An entry of appearance or notice of election may be filed— at the place the originating process to which the entry of appearance or notice of election relates was filed; or See also rule 7 . otherwise—at the place the P&E Court file for the P&E Court proceeding is kept. (sec.49-ssec.2) All other documents for a P&E Court proceeding must be filed at the place the P&E Court file for the proceeding is kept.
