sec.35A Serving separate report
An active party to the P&E Court proceeding intending to call evidence by the expert must, as ordered or directed by the P&E Court, serve on each other active party to the proceeding a copy of any separate report prepared by the expert for the proceeding. r 35A ins 2022 SL No. 18 s 10
