sch.1-sec.1 Purpose of code

The purpose of this code of conduct is— to state an expert’s obligations under the following provisions of part 3 of these rules— rule 28 ; rule 28A (1) to (3) and (6) ; rule 33 (1) , (2) and (5) ; rule 34 ; rule 35 ; rule 35B (1) to (4) ; and otherwise to state an expert’s obligations in relation to an order made, or a direction given, by the P&E Court. In this code of conduct, the information included in square brackets after a rule heading is a reference to the comparable rule under part 3 of these rules. The brackets and information do not form part of these rules.
