97J Decision on amendment After considering the report of a panel (if any), the planning scheme and any matters to be considered under section 60, the Minister may— (a) amend the permit; or (b) amend the permit subject to conditions; or (c) refuse to amend the permit on any ground he or she thinks fit. S. 97K inserted by No. 128/1993 s. 22.
