97F Decision of Minister (1) After considering the report of the panel (if any), the planning scheme and any matters to be considered under section 60, the Minister may— (a) grant the permit; or (b) grant the permit subject to conditions; or (c) refuse to grant the permit on any ground he or she thinks fit. (2) Once the Minister has decided in favour of an application, the Minister must issue the permit to the applicant. S. 97G inserted by No. 128/1993 s. 22.
