76B When does an amendment to a permit begin? An amendment to a permit under this Division operates— (a) from the date specified in the amended permit; or (b) if no date is specified, from— (i) the date of the decision of the Tribunal if the amended permit was issued at the direction of the Tribunal; or (ii) the day on which the amended permit is issued, in any other case.
