74 Issue of amended permit if no objectors Subject to section 75A, once it has decided in favour of an application to amend a permit, the responsible authority must issue an amended permit to the applicant if no one has objected under section 57 or if notice of the decision to grant the amendment to the permit is not required to be given to objectors under section 64.
