64A Grant of permit—recommending referral authority objected or recommended condition that was not included If a relevant recommending referral authority has objected to the grant of a permit, or recommended a condition on the permit that the responsible authority has decided not to include on the permit, the responsible authority must not issue the permit to the applicant— (a) until the end of the period within which a recommending referral authority may apply to the Tribunal for review of the decision to grant the permit; or (b) if an application for review is made within that period, until the application is determined by the Tribunal or withdrawn.
