57C Amended application may go to referral authorities S. 57C(1) amended by No. 3/2013 s. 20(1). (1) The responsible authority must give a copy of an amended application, together with the prescribed information, to every person or body that the planning scheme specifies as a referral authority for applications of that kind without delay unless the responsible authority considers that the amendment to the application would not adversely affect the interests of the referral authority. (2) A referral authority must tell the responsible authority in writing within the prescribed time after getting the amended application if it needs any more information in respect of the amendment. S. 57C(3) inserted by No. 3/2013 s. 20(2). (3) A referral authority must give to the applicant, without delay, a copy of any request that it makes to the responsible authority under subsection (2) in respect of the amended application.
