49 Responsible authority to keep register S. 49(1) amended by No. 47/2007 s. 9. (1) The responsible authority must keep a register containing the prescribed information in respect of— (a) all applications for permits; and (b) all decisions and determinations relating to permits. S. 49(2) substituted by No. 12/2021 s. 36. (2) The responsible authority must make the register available in accordance with the public availability requirements. S. 49(3) inserted by No. 53/2012 s. 5. (3) If the responsible authority in relation to an application for a permit is an officer of the municipal council, the responsible authority in relation to the application for the purposes of this section is the municipal council. S. 50 substituted by No. 81/2004 s. 18.
