48D Effect of sections 48A and 48B Nothing in section 48A or 48B— (a) affects any requirement that an application for a permit must comply with section 47(1)(b), (c), (d) or (e); or (b) affects the validity of an application for a permit that is not the subject of a notice under section 48A, including by making an application that does not comply with section 47(1)(b), (c), (d) or (e) valid if it would not otherwise be valid; or (c) prevents a responsible authority from requiring an applicant to provide more information under section 54 in respect of an application.
