48C Refund of fees paid for void applications (1) A person who paid a fee that accompanied an application which is void and of no effect under section 48B(1) is entitled to a refund of the fee. (2) If the fee was paid into— (a) the Consolidated Fund, the Consolidated Fund is, to the necessary extent, appropriated accordingly; or (b) another fund or account, the amount is to be refunded from that fund or account.
