42 Who must keep a copy of a planning scheme? (1) Each relevant person must keep a copy of the planning scheme incorporating all amendments to it and all documents lodged with those amendments under section 40. (2) Each relevant person must make a copy of the planning scheme incorporating all amendments to it, and all documents lodged with those amendments under section 40, available in accordance with the public availability requirements.
