201G Delegation The Secretary may, by instrument, delegate to any person employed in the Department or the holder of any office or position in the Department any of the powers conferred on the Secretary under this Part except— (a) this power of delegation; and (b) the Secretary's powers under section 201I. S. 201H inserted by No. 103/1997 s. 3.
