182A New parties to an agreement (1) If the land or any part of the land which is subject to an agreement between the owner and the responsible authority is transferred or otherwise disposed of to another person, that other person becomes a party to that agreement. (2) Subsection (1) is subject to any provision to the contrary in the agreement. (3) An agreement may specify the extent to which any party to an agreement is to be treated as a party for the purposes of a proposed amendment of the agreement.
