172D Collecting agency or development agency may acquire inner public purpose land (1) A collecting agency specified in an approved infrastructure contributions plan may compulsorily acquire any inner public purpose land that is specified in the plan before the time that the land is required to be provided to the collecting agency under section 46GV(4). (2) A development agency specified in an approved infrastructure contributions plan may compulsorily acquire any inner public purpose land, the use and development of which is to be the responsibility of the development agency under the plan, before the time that the land is required to be provided under section 46GV(4).
