16C Notice of decision on request to prepare amendment (1) The municipal council must give written notice of its decision under section 16B to the person who made the request within 10 business days of making the decision. (2) A notice under subsection (1) must contain the prescribed information. (3) If the municipal council decides to refuse the request, a notice under subsection (1) must contain reasons for the decision. (4) The municipal council must give a copy of the request and the notice under subsection (1) to the Minister. S. 16D inserted by No. 6/2025 s. 125.
