16A Request for municipal council to prepare amendment (1) Any person may request a municipal council to prepare an amendment to the planning scheme in force in its municipal district. (2) A request under this section must— (a) include any prescribed information; and (b) be accompanied by the prescribed fee; and (c) be made in accordance with any other requirements in the regulations.
