14AWhat are the duties of a referral authority?

14A What are the duties of a referral authority? A referral authority must, in relation to any matter referred to it under this Act— (a) have regard to the objectives of planning in Victoria in considering the matter; and (b) have regard to the Minister's directions; and (c) comply with this Act; and (d) have regard to the planning scheme; and (e) provide information and reports as required by the Minister.
