133 Powers of entry The following persons are authorised to enter any land at any reasonable time to carry out and enforce this Act, the regulations, a planning scheme, a permit condition, an enforcement order or an agreement under section 173 or, if the person has a reasonable suspicion, to find out whether any of them has been or is being contravened— S. 133(a) amended by No. 35/1995 s. 11(1)(c). (a) any authorised officer of the Department; (b) any authorised officer of the responsible authority; (c) any other person whom the Minister authorises to assist an authorised officer of the Ministry or authority.
