125 Injunctions (1) Whether or not proceedings are instituted for an offence against this Act, a responsible authority or any other person may apply to any court of competent jurisdiction or to the Tribunal for an injunction restraining any person from contravening an enforcement order or interim enforcement order. S. 125(2) inserted by No. 62/2014 s. 54(2). (2) Section 123 of the **Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 1998** applies on an application to the Tribunal under subsection (1).
