115 Notice of application S. 115(1) substituted by No. 52/1998 s. 188(2). The following persons are entitled to notice of an application for an enforcement order— (a) the responsible authority if it is not the applicant; (b) any person against whom the enforcement order is sought; (c) the owner of the land; (d) the occupier of the land; (e) any other person whom the Tribunal considers may be adversely affected by the enforcement order.
