#### 5F Grant of authority 5F Grant of authority > Where the Minister is satisfied that the applicant for an authority to survey has complied with the provisions of section 5E (2) in relation to the lands in respect of which the authority is applied for or that non-compliance with any of those provisions was not in a material respect, the Minister may grant to the applicant an authority to survey in respect of the lands specified in the application under section 5E (1) or in respect of such of those lands as the Minister thinks fit. > > **s 5F:** Ins 1985 No 217, Sch 2 (6).
