#### 52 Rectification of register 52 Rectification of register > > (1) The Supreme Court may, on the application of a person aggrieved by— > > > > > (a) the omission of an entry from the register, > > > > > (b) an entry made in the register without sufficient cause, > > > > > (c) an entry wrongly existing in the register, or > > > > > (d) an error or defect in an entry in the register, > > > > make such order as it thinks fit directing the rectification of the register. > > > (2) (Repealed) > > > (3) Notice of an application under this section shall be given to the Minister, who may appear and be heard and who shall appear if so directed by the Supreme Court. > > > (4) An office copy of an order made by the Supreme Court may be served on the Minister, and the Minister shall, upon receipt of the order, rectify the register accordingly. > > > (5) (Repealed) > > **s 52:** Am 1970 No 52, Second Schedule (am 1972 No 41, Second Sch).
