#### 51 Evidentiary provisions 51 Evidentiary provisions > > (1) The register shall be received by all courts and tribunals as evidence of all matters required or authorised by this Part to be entered in the register. > > > (2) The Minister may, on payment of the prescribed fee, supply copies of or extracts from the register or of or from any instrument lodged with him or her under this Part, certified by writing under his or her hand, and a copy or extract so certified is admissible in evidence in all courts and proceedings without further proof or production of the original. > > > (3) The Minister may, on payment of the prescribed fee, by instrument in writing under his or her hand, certify that an entry, matter or thing required or permitted by or under this Part to be made or done or not to be made or done has or has not, as the case may be, been made or done and such a certificate is evidence in all courts and proceedings of the statements contained in the certificate.
