50A Pipeline searches

(1) A person may apply to the Secretary for information concerning any application made or granted for a licence in respect of land specified in the application.

(2) An application under this section shall—

(a) be in a form approved by the Secretary, and

(b) be accompanied by the prescribed fee.

(3) (Repealed)
