25CAuthority may give security

#### 25C Authority may give security The Authority may give security over the whole or any part of its land or other assets for: (a) the repayment by the Authority of money borrowed by the Authority under section 25 or paragraph 25A(1)(a) and the payment by the Authority of interest (including any interest on that interest) on money so borrowed; (b) the payment by the Authority of amounts (including any interest) that the Authority is liable to pay with respect to money raised by the Authority under paragraph 25A(1)(b); or (c) the payment to the Commonwealth of amounts equal to any amounts that the Commonwealth may become liable to pay under a contract entered into under subsection 25B(1) or a determination made under subsection 25B(2).
