61 Fee for Minister's certificate

For the purposes of section 237(2) of the Act, the fee for a certificate is—

(a) in the case of an application for a certificate made before 1 July 2025, 21 fee units; or

(b) in the case of an application for a certificate made on or after 1 July 2025, 28 fee units.
