60 Fees for inspection of, or copy of document in, petroleum register

(1) For the purposes of section 236(1) of the Act, the fee for inspection of the petroleum register and any documents that form part of the register is—

(a) in the case of an inspection before 1 July 2025, 8 fee units; or

(b) in the case of an inspection on or after 1 July 2025, 11 fee units.

(2) For the purposes of section 236(2) of the Act, the fee for a copy of any entry or document in the petroleum register is—

(a) for each page of a copy of an entry or document to be obtained before 1 July 2025, 1 fee unit; or

(b) for each page of a copy of an entry or document to be obtained on or after 1 July 2025, 1⋅4 fee units.
