57 Fees for transfer of exploration permit, retention lease or production licence
(1) The fee for the transfer or partial transfer of an exploration permit is—
(a) in the case of an application for transfer made before 1 July 2025, 1047 fee units; or
(b) in the case of an application for transfer made on or after 1 July 2025, 1395 fee units.
(2) The fee for the transfer of a retention lease is—
(a) in the case of an application for transfer made before 1 July 2025, 628 fee units; or
(b) in the case of an application for transfer made on or after 1 July 2025, 837 fee units.
(3) The fee for the transfer or partial transfer of a production licence is—
(a) in the case of an application for transfer made before 1 July 2025, 1047 fee units; or
(b) in the case of an application for transfer made on or after 1 July 2025, 1395 fee units.
