sec.8 Authority to prospect—proposed work program
For the 2004 Act , section 48 (2) (d) and the 1923 Act , section 25A (1) (i) , the matters prescribed in relation to an authority to prospect are— a description of the geological model for the area of the authority to prospect; and an assessment of the potential for petroleum discovery in the area; and the rationale, in relation to the geological model for the area, for the activities proposed to be carried out under the authority to prospect. s 8 amd 2022 SL No. 191 s 5
