sec.77 Required information lodged before commencement

This section applies if— before the commencement, required information for a petroleum tenure was lodged under the 2004 Act or the 1923 Act ; and on the commencement, the required information has not been publicly released under the 2004 Act , section 550 or the 1923 Act , section 76D . On the commencement, schedule 1 as amended by the Petroleum and Gas (General Provisions) (Reporting Requirements) Amendment Regulation 2020 , applies in relation to the required information. s 77 ins 2020 SL No. 208 s 26 (sec.77-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, required information for a petroleum tenure was lodged under the 2004 Act or the 1923 Act ; and on the commencement, the required information has not been publicly released under the 2004 Act , section 550 or the 1923 Act , section 76D . (sec.77-ssec.2) On the commencement, schedule 1 as amended by the Petroleum and Gas (General Provisions) (Reporting Requirements) Amendment Regulation 2020 , applies in relation to the required information.

• (a) before the commencement, required information for a petroleum tenure was lodged under the 2004 Act or the 1923 Act ; and
• (b) on the commencement, the required information has not been publicly released under the 2004 Act , section 550 or the 1923 Act , section 76D .
