sec.76 Time for lodgement of reports
This section applies if a person would, other than for this section, be required to lodge a report under a relevant section on or after the commencement but before 30 June 2021. The day the person is required to lodge the report under the relevant section is taken to be 30 June 2021. In this section— relevant section means section 21, 22, 23, 24, 26, 36, 37, 38, 39, 42, 43, 44 or 45. s 76 ins 2020 SL No. 208 s 26 (sec.76-ssec.1) This section applies if a person would, other than for this section, be required to lodge a report under a relevant section on or after the commencement but before 30 June 2021. (sec.76-ssec.2) The day the person is required to lodge the report under the relevant section is taken to be 30 June 2021. (sec.76-ssec.3) In this section— relevant section means section 21, 22, 23, 24, 26, 36, 37, 38, 39, 42, 43, 44 or 45.
