sec.67 Application of division

This division applies for the payment of— the following fees (each an annual fee )— an annual fee payable by a pipeline licence holder under the 2004 Act , section 423 (3) that is a proportion of the cost of the State’s funding commitments to national energy market regulation; an annual fee stated in schedule 2 for a pipeline licence or petroleum facility licence; and annual rent payable for a resource authority mentioned in section 65 ; and rent for storing petroleum or a prescribed storage gas payable under the 2004 Act , section 227 . s 67 amd 2022 SL No. 47 s 27

• (a) the following fees (each an annual fee )— (i) an annual fee payable by a pipeline licence holder under the 2004 Act , section 423 (3) that is a proportion of the cost of the State’s funding commitments to national energy market regulation; (ii) an annual fee stated in schedule 2 for a pipeline licence or petroleum facility licence; and
• (i) an annual fee payable by a pipeline licence holder under the 2004 Act , section 423 (3) that is a proportion of the cost of the State’s funding commitments to national energy market regulation;
• (ii) an annual fee stated in schedule 2 for a pipeline licence or petroleum facility licence; and
• (b) annual rent payable for a resource authority mentioned in section 65 ; and
• (c) rent for storing petroleum or a prescribed storage gas payable under the 2004 Act , section 227 .
• (i) an annual fee payable by a pipeline licence holder under the 2004 Act , section 423 (3) that is a proportion of the cost of the State’s funding commitments to national energy market regulation;
• (ii) an annual fee stated in schedule 2 for a pipeline licence or petroleum facility licence; and
