sec.33 Notice about intention to carry out hydraulic fracturing activities

If the holder of a petroleum tenure intends to carry out hydraulic fracturing activities in the prescribed area for a petroleum tenure, the tenure holder must lodge a notice about the intended activities. The notice must be— lodged at least 10 business days before the hydraulic fracturing activities start being carried out; and in the digital form made or approved by the chief executive. (sec.33-ssec.1) If the holder of a petroleum tenure intends to carry out hydraulic fracturing activities in the prescribed area for a petroleum tenure, the tenure holder must lodge a notice about the intended activities. (sec.33-ssec.2) The notice must be— lodged at least 10 business days before the hydraulic fracturing activities start being carried out; and in the digital form made or approved by the chief executive.
