sec.28 Owners and occupiers to be given copy of notices
If the holder of a petroleum tenure is required to lodge a notice under this subdivision, the holder must give a copy of the notice— to each owner and occupier of the land on which the authorised activities to which the notice relates have been or are to be carried out; and by the time the notice is required to be lodged under this subdivision. The requirement under subsection (1) does not apply to the extent the holder is an owner or an occupier of the land. (sec.28-ssec.1) If the holder of a petroleum tenure is required to lodge a notice under this subdivision, the holder must give a copy of the notice— to each owner and occupier of the land on which the authorised activities to which the notice relates have been or are to be carried out; and by the time the notice is required to be lodged under this subdivision. (sec.28-ssec.2) The requirement under subsection (1) does not apply to the extent the holder is an owner or an occupier of the land.
