sec.26 End of authority report
For the 2004 Act , section 546A (2) , the following matters are prescribed— the authorised activities for the data acquisition authority or survey licence carried out during the term of the authority or licence; spatial information about each authorised activity carried out under the authority or licence; any other data or information for the report required under the practice direction. s 26 amd 2020 SL No. 208 s 11
