sec.19 Meaning of hazard information
In this division, hazard information for a relinquishment report or surrender report for a petroleum tenure means the following information for a hazard relating to activities carried out under the tenure— the nature of the hazard; the cause, or reasons for existence, of the hazard; the location of the hazard; measures taken to prevent or reduce the risk of the hazard to mitigate the effects of the hazard. s 19 amd 2019 SL No. 89 s 6 sub 2020 SL No. 208 s 5
- (a) the nature of the hazard;
- (b) the cause, or reasons for existence, of the hazard;
- (c) the location of the hazard;
- (d) measures taken to prevent or reduce the risk of the hazard to mitigate the effects of the hazard.
