sec.13 Pipeline licence or petroleum facility licence—annual report
For the 2004 Act , section 552 (2) , the following information is prescribed— the authorised activities for the pipeline licence or petroleum facility licence carried out during the period to which the report relates; a statement of the authorised activities proposed to be carried out under the licence during the next 12 months.
- (a) the authorised activities for the pipeline licence or petroleum facility licence carried out during the period to which the report relates;
- (b) a statement of the authorised activities proposed to be carried out under the licence during the next 12 months.
