96 Recognised orders—amendment (1) This section applies if a recognised court tells the registrar that a recognised order (the original order) registered under this part has been amended. (a) cancel the registration of the original order; and (b) register the recognised order (the amended order) as amended. (3) The amended order takes effect on the cancellation of the registration of the original order. (4) If a breach of the original order that is not enforced before the original order is cancelled would amount to a breach of the amended order, the breach may be enforced as if it were a breach of the amended
